Mr. Thanousone graduated from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany and has extensive experience in service business in Laos. He serves as the Managing Director for the fastest-growing Wireless Service Provider company in Laos, PlaNet Online, since 2002.
Thanousone has also been involved in various projects as local consultant in Information and Communication Technology [ICT] and is currently the Vice President of the Lao ICT Commerce Association [LICA].

Ms. Viengpraseuth holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Laos. Before joining TVS in 2005, she served as the Administrative Officer for the Consortium (American NGO) for 10 years.
In 2002, she worked as Communication Specialist for The World Bank/ WSP (Water Supply and Sanitation) and the Lao National Committee for Energy to promote Nam Theun 2 project until 2004.
